      Pros

      They offer plenty of advancement opportunities, great benefits and great pay. The people are wonderful to work with at both the branch levels and at the home office. I started as a temp to hire receptionist and within one year, had earned my series 7 and was assisting the Branch Manager as well as learning operations, IT and helped with the development of the new hire Financial Advisors.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I don't believe there are that many divisions of RJ and A as most Advisors are now working independently under the RJFS corporation.

      Pros

      Great environment with wonderful employees. Alternative to Wall Street with more flexibility and less intense. There are endless opportunities and support.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to competitors. SA's are often stuck doing mundane tasks day after day. PTO is standard not excellent.
