      -lots of ppl -easy to transfer departments within company

      Cons

      -office politics and favouritism -archaic management, especially upper management policies and bureaucracy

      Great management team. Very compassionate and supportive

      Cons

      Difficult to move up from role. Advisor Assistant is career ceiling unless you want to be an advisor. Pay not great unless advisor helps with comp. If you have a good advisor you can get a lot of comp from them. Some advisors don't pay on top of company salary and then you are stuck with a relatively poor salary. Depending on who you work for can be very stressful work environment
