      Raymond James as a whole is a very stable company with many very good people working at it. Tom James has been a great philanthropist for the Tampa Bay area.

      Cons

      A lot of an employee's experience is going to depend on what department and who the manager is for that department. There is a lot of variation to the professionalism and expertise of the different department management teams.
