      An amazing opportunity. Great exposure to equity research and sales representatives. Ability to work with feedback from buy side investors on non-deal roadshows.

      Cons

      I really have nothing negative to say about my experience but I will say that be ready to work in a very fast paced environment where quality and efficiency is of up-most importance.

      great location, nice building, feels like the Midwest. tampa is a nice city

      bad middle management. compliance is trying to find relevance, but it should be absorbed into legal.

      Good management and location. They are not as employee-centric but it's still a pretty good culture.

      Cons

      The new CIO has brought in the old style of managment. Most of the QA is now supported by offshore company called Allied.
