      Pros

      You have the ability to determine how you would like to manage your program as there are few to none actual standard operating proceedures. Access to senior executives is relatively easy. You are recognized for performance. I believe the company is in the midst of a changing culture which is a good thing.

      Cons

      Lack of proceedures also means everyone does a similar job differently so it can be confusing to the end users. Compensation is average at best

      Pros

      Overall pretty good environment, but just not a very exciting place to work.

      Cons

      Pay is not that competitive, and the work-life balance isn't great. Management in my experience is ignorant and self-serving first and foremost. A lot of politics with very little growth opportunities spells drama and no future for someone who has any real aspirations.
