      Pros

      Very competitive environment. A lot of new products being brought in so opportunity to learn is tremendous.

      Cons

      The full time staff treat consultants very poorly. The managers rely on particular people to review performance of the contractors without actually engaging in meetings with them to set expectatiosn and assess accomplishments. The FTEs are very insecure and the upper management should work to make it easy for the contractors and FTEs to be able to work in unison.

      Pros

      Monday thru Friday hours with weekends off excellent hours and employer was ethical and fair. Good employer to work for. I never had a problem with getting my lunch breaks and any issues I had were handled with respect and resolved to my satisfaction.

      Cons

      Nothing worth mentioning, employer was easy going and just expected a good work ethic so clients get the best service
