Pros

Beautiful campus Brand name Nice actual office (not cube) Decent medical / dental benefits Nice parking garages On-site cafeteria is good

Cons

Constant CYA No work life balance (worked avg of 65 hours a week) Spend too much time in meetings Poor management / leadership skills (needed constant coaching for even the smallest of decisions) Very political organization Every decision takes 5 committees and a complete consensus (impossible to move forward) Sluggish organization, adverse to change Culture is based on sales / competitive (needed for the core business) but not appropriate in the corporate environment where it should be collaborative / team focused. Pros

Great location. Great senior management. Offices are full of interesting art work. Never a dull moment when you work there.

Cons

The compensation is less than generous and the food is way too expensive. The people there are not as professional as they should be.
