Pros
- Commitment to inclusivity and diversity - Some managers really care about finding the right fit/opportunities for their people - Some WFH
Cons
- Pay. Way under market value. - Classified work means most engineers can't WFH - If you aren't on a classified program, there are limited opportunities to advance - Attrition rates are through the roof - They're bidding for more work when they can't staff the programs they have - Expect to work overtime. Always. - Poor planning - It takes forever to get cleared, but then they don't have a place for you to sit or a computer for you to use of a job for you to do when they get you - Morale, expect a dumpster fire of stress and panic - Don't believe, "Leadership is looking into it." Leadership is busy filling leadership positions.
