Pros
Interesting products, OK benefits, but expect them to be reduced after merger. Good PTO but expect it to be reduced after merger. Good 401K match and company contribution but is already being reduced after merger.
Cons
Pay increases do not come close to meeting inflation. CEO actually stated people come to work here "for the mission not the money." Seems like a bold statement from someone making $29 M per year. Waiting for him to take an average CEO pay of $6 M because he works at RTX for the mission.
