Good starting pay, good benefits, 3 day weekends, very flexible, performance based pay increases, will pay for masters degree, common culture to take a work-lunch, on campus gym

Cons

at least in my department, they were all men except me a couple of mildly sexist experiences/comments dont expect to keep politics separate from work because the old guys will talk about it somewhat dull environment at times

- The job itself is fun, engaging, and has an impact for our customers - Smart engineering workforce who constantly strive to deliver the best products possible. - Competitive salary. Benefits, while still competitive, were recently made less attractive while merging with UTC.

Cons

- Overly bureaucratic - Functional organizations (security, facilities, purchasing, etc) do not share the same drive for customer success as the engineering organization.
