Pros

There are great benefits and flexible schedules. They give direct hires 25K for education (2 year retention requirement)

Cons

-Terrible management (No top cover, poor program management, poor people management, aggressive communication, etc) -Not sure what HR does other than recruitment -Repeated failures, even after they are identified -Promotes based on politics rather than technical proficiency or work ethic -Massive wage gaps between peers (100K+)

Pros

- Interesting work and really great technical staff

Cons

- You are a cog in the machine in the eyes of upper management. Your contributions are likely to be recognized by your team but will not be reflected in your compensation.

Pros

- good place to start your career - flexible work hours due to mod time - pretty standard benefits, 14 days pto, ppo health insurance and good match on retirement - met some extremely high performing engineers and great friends - shared a sense of care about products

Cons

- impersonal deteriorating workplace, management forced people to come back on site, but cafeteria remains closed, no personalized decor allowed, office maintenance is neglected. - compensation is standard-below standard, especially for existing employees, not uncommon for 15+ year employees to be making less than a new hire - limited growth in performance compensation. promotions do not reflect work ethic or market trend. affecting long term growth with the company - inconsistent work ethic across employees, some work 80 hour weeks to keep things running while others do bare minimum to not get fired - lack of training for new employees
