Pros

The company has great marketing and loyal fan base.

Cons

They treat their employees like it was back in 1970's--everyone must fit into their box.

Pros

Good products and a loyal fanbase which helps motivate you to try and do your best. The quality of the software is improving.

Cons

At times it feels like an older company that does stuff in an old fashioned way. It's true! It's not a startup, it's been around since 2005 and some systems are old. But times are changing and with new hires there are new systems and processes.

Pros

Good salary and exposure to technology. Free snacks in the kitchen. Opportunities to travel.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Management has a tendency to overlook or brush off the concerns of the employees. You'll work on very unstable projects with endless scope creep that end up being canceled and resurrected over and over.
