Pros

Some very passionate, intelligent and creative people. Energy and excitement surrounding product releases and a strong customer focus. Individuals are given a lot of autonomy and can make substantial contributions to products. The company has a 'cool' vibe to it proliferated by the fans. A leader in video game peripherals not afraid to tackle new, innovative products.

Cons

Software practices are nonexistent. No organization or sharing of code between projects resulting in gross inefficiencies. No Code reviews, Branching, Libraries, Reuse, Agile, Milestones, etc. - reminiscent of small team programming teams in the 1980s. Project definition and communication between teams is lacking and employees are pushed harder to meet sliding schedules. Management is by fear and not motivation. In one year there was over 70% turnover due to management problems.
