Pros

look at the running theme from other reviewers for pros. its free soda and junk food? whoopy doo da. i like free too but not when it's junk. truly sad when these are the pros of a company.

Cons

ever read the book Emperor's New Clothes? that's razer's CEO. who cares what others see or don't see. he doesn't. zero respect for others. whatever you see in the public is just for shows. he is surrounded by cowardly leaders only by title. if you're a leader, do something remotely useful with your position and have some integrity. stand up for your employees where it counts instead of passing by Min's radar for a paycheck. and the COO, ha! what a joke. he is so archaic. literally. he runs business like it's from the 80's. he doesn't live in the states and has no clue what works here. terrible. few employees have been with the company for 5+ years. they are just as kooky or creepy. wouldn't survive a minute at a real company. we all know it and we all talk about it. heck they know it. we get noobs excited for all of oh...half a day then quickly turns to omfg, what have i done. why am i here. worst leaders ever. worst culture ever. worst company ever. do yourself a favor. read the consistent reviews. see same things over and over? that is your huge hint. DO NOT WORK HERE. things are not going to change.

Pros

The catered lunches were nice, and the benefits were decent. I got paid well.

Cons

If you are US employee, expect the company to not care about you at all. The culture is very anti-American. If you are a Singapore or China employee, then enjoy a culture of fear and harassment. Just to give you an idea of what it is like working at Razer, Min had a global team meeting that included the "suggestion" that all employees are expected to work "996" (9am - 9pm, 6 days a week). Min doesn't want employees, he wants slaves. The rest of the management is terrible, as well. People are in positions they are clearly not qualified for, and are constantly allowed to fail, as long as there are "pawns" under them to sacrifice.

Pros

Food brought it a few times a week, yoga

Cons

Everything else. This place is a nightmare to work for. No questions get answered and they are more than happy to scream at you.
