Pros
If you have the startup culture and attitude, you will be your own start up within Razer. You will make stuff you want to make and you will get immense support from everyone. If you are passionate about stuff you love , and a Gamer, you will thrive.
If you have a great idea, its good. If you can execute it, thats AWESOME, you are worth more than anything else here. That is hardly what happens in real world. In real world, some over paid dude in tie comes up with a copy paste idea from Gartner report and the real engineers who make it happen remain in the shadows.
Sexy ideas require unsexy work.
I like to work in a place where I can sit back, relax, chill and just get on with getting work done. If I get bummed about something I can find a bunch of people to thrash on Overwatch.
I read some negative reviews and it makes me angry that out of over 500 people who are happy and some salty dude (or troll) is messing up this teams hard work. I wish more companies were like Razer then I'd actually have a choice. Sadly there are few, specially in Asia.
Stay Razer, be yourself.
P.S. PCMR are welcome. We need more. I think with the new diversity initiative we may see things improve.
Cons
Not for regular salary PMET people who need timesheets and policies to track their progress.
There is no proper dress code.
People often wear shorts and slippers to big meetings.
There is no process or paperwork, procedures in place.
Why would you work here?
There are not enough gaming PC during lunch time.
The pool table is always occupied by damn interns.
