Good place to start your career...for freshers Get to work on cutting - edge technologies Friendly work environment.

Cons

Be mentally prepared for stress Wont get to perfect any particular technology or domain, as your shifted frequently In front of clients they make even freshers Team leads etc, so as to make them more billable providing an illusion of vertical growth. No good infrastructure and salary benefits. In fact many employees are CHEATED of their salaries. HR managers are the biggest Gossip queens ever! They spread employee confidential information over a cup of coffee. They try to rule over the employees. Salary will never be credited on time! NEEEEVVVVVVEEEERRRRR...

Here Good Employees keeps the company alive. Very good vertical growth(i.e., Fresher will become a project Manager/Senior Architect/ in just 2 years).

Cons

No experienced guys here. Bad managers and Worst HR are ruling the company. Talent Retention is not at all preferred here. HR layer is not at all maintaining confidentiality policies.
