Pros

Good Team filled with youngsters, Management s very good. Employees are treated good and Hikes are always good. Concerns will be heard.

Cons

No Proper infrastructure , Internet Slow , Accountant needs English training as we wont understand what he speaks and writes

Pros

I had work in Razorthink for 3 years, it was very nice experience working with Ceo. Very challenging tasks, guidance at road blocks, seniors are very supportive and helpful. People are down to earth, help you out if you stuck anywhere in your task, fun activities to team groomup. And finally very good compensation.

Cons

Not at all in my tenure. Everything is just perfect, i will love to work again in Razorthink if I get a chance to.

Pros

Fun work place with supportive management, focused on building a great product and a great culture. Will get exposure nd change to work on new technology in market. There is no hierarchical model like manager boss... Strong leadership. Good HR team and management who listen to employees and act upon. Hihly energetic and collaborative environment. New ideas wont go unheard.

Cons

Very difficult to deal with account sections. Dont have proper communication need some training in English, very rude to employees. Think they are director/owner of company and while reimbursement it seems they are paying from their pocket.
