      Pros

      There are no pros for this job but I have to meet the minimum requirement. They don't even have discounted meals or free meals. Only one discount a month

      Cons

      Horrible company that played favoritism. Ridiculous rules and treated staff like overworked cattle. The managers were on a power trip.

      Pros

      The values are amazing, and the people you get to work with are amazing as well. Its a structured restaurant helps you grow in your career if you work hard and dream big. The environment is really fun as well. Its def a conversation starter for regulars and first time guests. C-suite management is excellent to work with. They hold a high standard to each and every person that works for them. So if you don't like being held to a high standard, or being held accountable then this isn't the place for you.

      Cons

      The hours are long, but thats standard of any restaurant that I've managed. It's part of the industry. Benefits could be a little better, but once again for a restaurant they are on par.
