Opportunities for personal and career growth, but you need to make connections with the right people in order to get there; great company values with hard-work rewarded.
Cons
It was extremely difficult to get the schedule you needed; they were not supportive of working around school schedules or other commitments for part-time workers. Leadership was not consistent, and management changed regularly. Management does not value long-term loyalty, and will fire anyone over a one-time minor mistake, including being late for a shift.
