      Co workers are good, business is definitely not"booming"

      Pros

      Nice workers. Cool managers. Easy menu to learn and big sections. Fun environment at times. Large drink selection and large beer selection.

      Cons

      Tips aren't great. No gratuity on big parties so servers will get screwed over. Bar is open seating, so unless you're in that section don't expect many tables. Clientele comes off as cheap. "Is this on happy our?" "How much does this cost?"

      Pros

      Meet very interesting people. Very family oriented company. Everyone is very helpful.

      Cons

      Depending on the location, servers tend to not take great care of each (which is one of the reasons for working there). They get wrapped up in making sure that everything is okay with their own section instead of making sure that every guest is taken well care of.

      Pros

      It's such a great, positive atmosphere. Eyes for excellence everywhere with support coming from every direction! Built with a great foundation and maintained through revolving teamwork.

      Cons

      Constant turnover, nothing new in the hospitality business. Few bad seeds, but it happens
