      Nice people and very well organized operations. Allow employees to gain incentives if they are willing to work for it.

      None. You maybe made 200-250 on a Saturday night.

      Cons

      Where do I start... terrible, terrible, inexperienced mangers. They only care about themselves and no one else. They cherry pick favorite servers and if you aren't a favorite forget about getting a good shift and actually making enough money to even compensate for the gas it took to go in for your shift.

      High manager turn over rate Each store has different rules I didn't feel like management at our one store was on the same page, let alone all 16 stores. Employee's discount on food during their shift is $4.00 off. I think it should be a higer amount off considering there's no way i want to come in on my day off for 1/2 off.
