Pros

Mission - college for ALL kids People - everyone goes above and beyond to support students and each other Professional development - lots of actionable feedback, strong PD for instructional staff Resources - incredible curriculum and connections to other high performing organizations that share resources

Cons

Financial resources - state and local funding are low, and we can't hire as many teachers as we want/need Operations - there aren't as many resources and PD for non-instructional staff yet

Curriculum is challenging for students

Very controlling and treated students and staff like dogs! Stacey Shells is a horrible person and I wouldnt want my worst enemy ever under her tutelage. Untrustworthy and evil spirit.. The school is a revolving door for educators. Think about it? Its a reason ..... Stay away.
