Pros

100% Remote Health Benefits Salary Paid time off Can’t think of anything else.

Cons

Unfortunately, I found the support from colleagues—particularly those in the New York office—to be lacking. Feedback was often delivered through abrupt phone calls, not because the work was incorrect, but because it didn’t align with their personal preferences. This created an environment that felt more critical than collaborative. While I bring relevant experience to the table, I wasn’t given adequate insight into how this company prefers things to be done. I’m used to workplaces that value teamwork, guidance, and mutual support. Here, it often felt like knowledge was withheld in order for individuals to stand out, rather than shared for the benefit of the team.
