Everything, where to start? Employees are expected to work large amounts of overtime, unpaid and without time in lieu. Employees are seen as a disposable resource and HR use implicit and explicit threats to keep employees in line. Middle and senior management is terrible, I have never before seen so many insecure people who try to mask their insecurities by keeping other people down and throwing stones in their way. On top of that there is a strong culture of licking upwards and kicking downwards through all the management levels. The work is very repetitive, which is especially tragic for a company that prides itself on being disruptive. Everyone, from intern to senior manager and director level essentially does the same "research", which more often than not consists of looking at some Twitter data and making up "insights".
