      -If you are entrepreneurial you can blaze your own path. -By necessasity you pick up a copious amount of skills quickly. -Great people and extremely smart colleagues at the lower levels. -Amazing La Croix selection.

      Cons

      -Lack of transparency,guidance, and support. -Lack of understanding on how to succeed. -Toxic environment that promotes overly excessive hours, constant posturing to bosses, and pitting employees against each other, sometimes with out their knowledge. -No one is indispensable.

      Some of the smartest people in the industry. Cutting edge marketing and data science. Accessible executive leadership. Growth opportunities for talented individuals. Flexibility in schedule and workplace. Strong culture. Great benefits, company match on 401k, healthcare, dental, and vision, life insurance, commuter travel benefits, wellness program, etc.

      Cons

      Long hours driven by client demands. Potentially high travel. Top heavy organization. High expectations for quality deliverables that are beyond what you might have experienced at other agencies.

      Friendly, smart, and hard-working people. Lots of really great clients, big and small. Nice office space and network throughout US. Lots of room to shine on projects if initiative is taken.

      Cons

      Lack of organization, especially the higher up you go. Too many senior hires don't allow for optimal growth of junior employees.
