great culture, upper management is unprofessional

Pros

The culture at w2o is extremely awesome! they usually have food delivered to the office and make sure that fruit is readily available. The work space is relaxing, spacious, and in a really cool part of town. I did learn a lot in my role although I wasn't given more than a couple tasks, which made the work extremely repetitive.

Cons

I was displeased with my experience at w2o group because of the lack of professionalism when it came to making decisions. I was left in the dark about decisions that had to do with my status at the company, and I found that extremely disheartening. My boss worked remote so it was hard to communicate.

Challenging work, very smart people, continuing list of incredible clients. Management team is extremely experienced.

Cons

Cons are a perspective choice. Any company can have issues or frustrations. Anything that may be a con can be solved with communication or simply changing your point of view.
