Pros

I've worked at a few other larger PR agencies before, and I keep coming back to W2O Group. I actually left the company for a brief while last year to pursue a new opportunity but came running back when I quickly realized this was where I really belonged. This is the only agency in the industry that truly has 360 offerings -- all PR firms nowadays claim they also do digital, social media, marketing, advertising, branding, etc., but W2O Group is the only one that I've found to truly live up to that. We have experts from all fields here, and we have such a wide variety and large volume of accounts across healthcare, consumer, tech and beyond, that you would never run out of opportunities here. The culture at W2O Group is also one-of-a-kind. We definitely embody the "work hard; play hard" attitude -- our work ethic is unparalleled, but we also know how to balance it with plenty of fun company/employee events, and we've all come to form very close friendships here.

Cons

We are a constantly growing company, so there are some minor growing pains from time to time, but only from an administrative perspective.

We are sorry to hear that you are so frustrated with the company in your current role. We are even more disheartened that you haven’t taken the time to come and talk to HR or your manager. We understand that anonymous feedback sites like Glass Door allow people to share important information without repercussions but we also highly value our employees and would hate to think they aren’t happy. We hope you will consider reaching out to your manager or HR to help work through this. Further, we have brought this comment to Jim’s attention and as always, he respects and appreciates getting constructive feedback from all parts of the organization and intends to continually improve the firm and himself based on it.

Pros

All the offices are gorgeous. The CEO knows everyone by name and truly cares for them all. The work is challenging and rewarding at once. Everyone is open to trying anything once. It's very much a group effort on things and the growing pains are worth it and over quick!

Cons

I guess a con would be sometimes the PR world and the creative world can be hazy. But it's a process we work very hard to align. There have been GREAT strides in educating the PR side on the creative process. It's to be expected. And I only say that because i'm on the creative side.
