      Pros

      I appreciate the direction, time, and guidance that is provided within the company. My direct supervisor listens first, then always seeks to provide recommendations for me to consider but allows me to make decisions. My co-workers are collaborative and supportive of each other, especially through the last 8 months; we've all pulled together to achieve outstanding results. Communication has greatly improved within and between departments.

      Exceptionally low pay, huge amount of overtime with no overtime pay, work way beyond job scope and cover other department work, poor culture
