Absolutely no support or staff development. The lack of support caused me to resign.

We are disappointed to read that you did not feel supported and that there was a lack of training provided. We pride ourselves on providing support to our properties from a corporate level in Operations, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Accounting, Digital and E-Commerce and Human Resources and we have robust monthly training opportunities across many disciplines which can be accessed by every associate by logging in to our Learning Management System. Our Accounting training webinars are held on a monthly basis. We would appreciate you providing further details in regard to the areas where you feel support and training could be improved by emailing us directly at info@realhospitalitygroup.com. This will enable us to identify where we can improve for our current and future associates. We know that this year has presented many challenges to our associates on property and that our associates have had to wear many different hats over the last 8 months. We also know that even faced with these challenges, our associates have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional guest experiences and contributed to the well being of the communities in which we operate. We appreciate the great lengths our team members have gone to, to ensure our guests are well taken care of despite these challenges. Your feedback is a reminder to us to verbalize our appreciation and we thank you for that. We have a number of programs in place to help our associates advance and grow a career with us from monthly training to mentorship. We would encourage all of our team members to speak with their General Manager to identify opportunities and programs that will help with their career progression.
