      Pros

      Great Management company. I have worked for this group off and on since 2014 and they are growing and have become a lead in this increasingly growing field. They care a great deal in the success of their associates and leaders

      Cons

      Realistically, they have not been in the negative. The Pros out way the Cons. I think some people have a tendency to blame the management company when things do not go their way, but this group have done great things, and support the people that have potential.

      Pros

      Real Hospitality Group is a great company to work with. Excellent professionals and excellent culture. RHG loves to promote within, example (myself) from AGM to GM and now in a corporate role. RHG is reliable, efficient, accessible, loyal, and has an excellent mentorship program that many team members benefit from. It's great!
