Everyone is extremely nice and helpful within the company. The company gives back continuous to the community. The CEO also takes time to teach students in college about the hospitality industry in his free time. Students from the college I graduated from got to visit a property under construction that was going to be managed by Real Hospitality Group. To me, that is so amazing to see from a company. I have been able to learn so much through the apprenticeship program I am a part of. Words can’t describe the experience I have gained thanks to this company. I picked a wonderful company to work for out of college and I can’t wait to continue to grow with them. Whenever I have a question or needed help progressing from one department to the next in my apprenticeship, there is always someone who is there to help me and I could count on.
