      The support you receive from mid management to top executives is amazing. A huge company that still has the small family business feel.

      - Accessibility to all levels of Management - Very Team oriented at all levels, individual hotels and company wide

      Cons

      - The company is growing so fast that the corporate support is often spread over too large an area to provide extensive support to all arms of the company - It is an issue that has been identified and has been getting better over the last 12 months
