Real Hospitality vs. LAM Group

Pros

Great management company with a lot of potential but not the LAM Group

Cons

The LAM Group however is overbearing owners that have very little knowledge of the hospitality industry since their background of success comes from the garment/textiles industry. They are money hungry and agressive when it comes to their success so they put unreasonable pressure on their management.

Pros

Some hotel management companies are better than others. Some say they care about their people - but RHG truly cares about their people. Company bottom line is important but is significantly behind taking care of owners, being honest and ethical, and paying attention to the needs of the associates both corporate and property level.

Cons

With growth comes change; this is sometimes difficult but is part of the growth of any organization.

there are not many pros only that it is a job and you get paid.

the company is still in its infancy lacks proper management and has very poor treatment of engineers.
