      Pros

      The support, company culture and systems are the best I have experienced in our industry. Real Manage is a true team in every sense of the word. Software is exceptional, availability of staff is invaluable, I can always reach someone when I need assistance.

      Cons

      Being an onsite manager half way across the country without a branch does present some challenges, at times I do feel isolated on an island.

      Pros

      The software that this company utilizes is the best that I have seen in this industry. It is very comprehensive, easy to use and all-encompassing. The company values credentials and continued education. Your schedule is flexible and have the ability to work at home if you need to. Leadership truly values its employees and the strengths that each one brings to the team.

      Cons

      The benefits package could use some tweaking. Not much training provided outside of the software. There is still a lot of negativity that must be dealt with on a regular basis but that is a con of the industry.

      Supports their employees through empowerment, training and opportunity for growth. In an industry that deals with problems it is important to have the support of each other in our company. From direct VPs, the President, to our shared services support team, they listen to what we have to say and frequently use our ideas to better the support we provide to our clients. We have a great team that helps each other on a daily basis, including evening and weekends. Best Management Company I have worked for in my 12 years in the industry.

      Cons

      The nature of Community Management can be stressful and demanding, however the company recognizes that with flexibility and by providing enhanced training opportunities.
