RealManage was recently bought out by an equity entity. New management has change the whole culture of the working environment created by the founder. Middle management is presuured to micromanage, which does not fit for the type of work we do as an accountant. Sneaky tatic to deny annual salary increase: I have been here for over 6 years, annual increase was consistent. My performance has never been questioned. A couple months ago, out of the blue, my works were inspected with extreme prejudice. At the time, I didn't think much of it just thinking the goal was to provide a better product. Turned out, it was a tatic to give me negative review when it was time for wage increase. This was the first year I was denied a raise due to "need improvement", even after 6 years of great reviews prior to new management. Just a red flag for new candidate.

An acquisition and high industry-related turnover can create its own obstacles and our office has faced those challenges. However RealManage is invested on improving and this is shown through continued growth in developing managers and leadership, as well as fine-tuning processes and advancing technology to provide further better support to the team.
