      I worked with some great people!

      Leadership did not provide the training necessary for the job I was hired to do. Stress was high and there was no assistance from leader when needed.

      I have worked for RM for 3 years and I love it. I have never worked anywhere else where I feel as supported as I do at RM. By far the best supervisors I’ve ever had.

      Our office is mostly positive, with a good team culture/vibe. Branch leadership is good,

      Cons

      Experienced managers are given a lot of responsibility/larger portfolio without additional/appropriate compensation. Benefits are very bad, "401k match" is only 1%, basically non-existent, and healthcare is as expensive as government healthcare (here in California). As a single individual I'm paying almost 400/mo for basic health coverage.
