      Flexible but tough to be optimistic

      Pros

      Very flexible work/life balance. Pay is fair and vacation policy is good. Good people to work with and lots of impact in role due to small size of organization. Internet Culture.

      Cons

      The company is going through a turn-around and the vision is fuzzy. The recent series of layoffs have left people uncertain about their future.

      Pros

      Great people, opps to do things beyond your level and grow, innovative environment, majority of employees get own offices, free sodas and coffee/tea, great holidays/vacation. While things got busy at times, there was an overall good work/ life balance. If you are on the right team, it is not a bad place to be.

      Cons

      Revolving door of CEO's, lack of strategy, growing profit loss, bi-yearly lay-offs, canceled projects. Because of this morale is very low, and employees are not sure of the future.
