pay is good, if not par females always have advantage, great chances are there that you may be appointed as manager(any fool can manage a team better than their managers).

Worst management ever I have worked. Most of the people have job insecure feeling. Age old Technology. Salary is not that much as per the market. Won't get promotion until unless you praise the management. They won't accept the true words. Some managers here feel like they are whole and sole of this company. They don't care about the team. They simply want to highlight them self. No encouraging environment to work happily. There is no team collaboration. Company is good but the higher management is making it worst by hiring some managers who don't have the talent to work like professional.
