      The CEO, Steve Winn is a tyrant. He would get mad and something in a meeting and start cussing and eventually storm out of the room. Very unprofessional

      Pros

      Ability to learn and grow. Realpage is fine with internal transfers to different departments. You can change products or learn new skills and programming languages if you get bored or feel you are not growing as a developer.

      Cons

      Realpage does not offer any bonuses or profit-sharing. If you are not willing to fight for additional cash they are not going to just incentivize you to work by rewarding you with any form of monetary bonuses. In fact, it is quite the opposite, they will use you up and work you until you drop as long as you don't say anything.

      Pros

      Getting a paycheck and health insurance are the only pros I can think of.

      Cons

      I say this as unbiasedly as possible, but this is the most chaotic company I have ever worked for in my entire life. I truly question the sanity of the people who love working there, at least in my department. I have no idea how this company is still open. There are no processes for most things and if there are they are overly complicated which creates more work and bad decision making. The software they use is archaic which slows down everything. Hourly employees get less PTO than salaried employees. It is very clear they value their hourly employees less than salaried employees in general. There is absolutely no transparency from leadership. Times are tough right now and instead of honestly letting people know how the company is doing, they are slowly laying people off.
