      Pros

      This is the only company so far that did not make me feel like a nobody and made me feel like I mattered. The management truly cares of the wellbeing of the employees. Salary is also very competitive

      Cons

      I cannot think of cons about this company since I came from telco. I wish I could've stayed a little longer. I was with them for 2 years

      Pros

      a. Can work remotely (But again this depends on your India (Read Hyderabad) manager) b. If you are into Office politics, Then this is an awesome place to be, because here they have a many hives manipulating on multiple fronts c. Cafeteria is open but the quality of food isn’t on par with standards. Only dosa is good (Trust me!) d. There’s process in place but it’s only in interview questions. Nothing solid on ground to support your day-to-day tasks. e. You will people from whom you can learn how to be busy whole day without working and still talking thoughtlessly in calls

      Cons

      a. Unstable org structure (I had seen five managers in the time span of four years, and everyone came with their own agenda and I had to recalibrate my focus on deliverables.) b. No learning opportunities (I’m talking internal training, no skill gap surveys,etc.,) c. No career progression due to point 1. Every time leadership shifts the expectations from an individual also happens d. There’s certain individuals in company who are just there for filing up the role, but no actual initiatives from them since three fiscal years (Talking about few estimated leaders’ here) e. The memes done on HR represents this firms HR team. f. Some people shouldn’t even be in office (Ethically and morally - using formal words) but since they are in higher positions so whatever they do won’t affect them.
