Thank you for your post. I'm glad you enjoyed the benefits, salary, colleagues. Our Philippines operation is really a flagship for RealPage based on the growth and engagement scores of the team. I'm not sure that I agree we prefer to hire external than promote from with in. Over 65% of our positions are filled from within. That may have not been the case in your area as the Desktop area is smaller in nature. I do want to thank you for your service and I do want to wish you the very best in your future endeavors. As an Account Manager, I would say it is a very interesting company to work for in terms of : - people diversity : always there to help each other in order to grow - environment : dynamic, young and employees focus - opportunities : interesting and challenging - salary : fair enough for Barcelona Office NEVER BORING ! So far so good !

Maybe having more compensations and benefits (gym's partnerships...)
