Pros

Almost to a person, the work force is smart, tough, efficient. All seem result driven and incentive driven. Fast, fast work pace. Not for for the feint of heart. If you thrive under pressure a great place.

Cons

The management of the company has improved, but had been far removed from the operation of the business. Lower level employees, for the most part, knew what was happening and kept the wheels on the bus. That has changed stron leadership on board now.

Pros

All of the resources you could ever need. Knowledgeable support, great people. Sales team is very interactive and fun. Can be gossipy as any office can. Seems there are a lot of married people within the company that met there.

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals, egotistical management, good olé boys atmosphere (performance will get you nowhere if they don't like you) Its a call center. As simply put as can be its an outbound call center. Phone sales all day. If you don't want to do that then don't apply.

Close to dining and child care. Training in sales is good, though a bit of a beating.

Cons

Management is horrific, and that is the most diplomatic term I can use to describe it. The pay is well below the industry standard. Also, you can only get a raise at the beginning of the year. Internal processes are a complete joke, nothing runs smoothly. In the year and a half I have worked here, the HR staff has turned over several times, which indicates to me a serious problem. They can never be reached unless someone is "in trouble". Depending on your department, you will not be allowed to take personal/sick time of any kind, for any reason without disciplinary action.
