Pros

It was a horrible place to work. Some people were nice but overall to many were so worried about their own jobs that there was a lot of back stabbing. HR was clueless.

Cons

Executives are a revolving door! Look at the actions of those who were favored one day and gone the next. You cannot run a company when everyone is just looking out for themselves.

RealPage had its best year ever on many fronts. In fact our engagement scores are on par with Fortune's Most Admired companies.
