Cons

Company constantly felt like you were the next department to be downsized. Made incentives for IPO that never happened. Having other departments merged into yours that made no sense overall.

Product is good. Product should sell Some leaders get it.

Cons

Competition is fierce there is little sense of urgency in the company...People are more concerned with their equity payout than with making the company great.
