Pros

You'll collect a check... Although will probably be underpaid

Cons

Transparency is a big issue with this company. Direction changes every 6 months and management rotates quickly. Issues with management are company wide.... Too many departments lock you down and prevent you from moving up throughout the company unless you know the right people... I worked for at least 5 different managers during my time with Realpage and I'd endorse 1... maybe 2. None at the director level. Too many unqualified leaders hiring unqualified employees in my opinion...

Thank you for your post. There are bright spots in every company and then there are areas that need more work than others. Apparently you worked in the later. The company as a whole continues to report marked progress towards our goals. I sincerely hope you find an environment that meets your needs and you can follow the growth path that you are looking for. Respectfully Kurt Twining

Benefits are good. 401K matching is pretty decent. Vacation time is good also

Cons

Depending on where you live, the drive can be a bit of a hassle

Thank you for post and thank you for noticing that our benefits package is very competitive. We just announced our highest discretionary 401k match ever. The company is performing. Planning a good route to and from the new office has been adventure for some as it seems that Dallas traffic is not slowing down. I'm sure you have your favorite routes down my now. Again thank you for taking time to share your feedback. Sincerely, Kurt Twining

Pros

The environment was great. I loved the people that I worked with.

Cons

The salary was a big negative. There is also a lot of instability presently that is causing a lot of jobs to go away as well as move to other countries.

Thank you for your post. I'm glad you like your teammates and the environment that we have created in South Carolina. I don't understand the instability comment as it relates to locations of jobs. We plan to be in South Carolina a long time and have invested in the new location which is much nicer (environment) than the old building. We also are not downsizing in in Greenville and have no plans to do so. I sincerely hope you find a position that pays the level that you desire and gives you the professional elements that you are seeking. All the best, Kurt Twining
