Thank you for your post. I'm glad that you are enjoying your work. There are a lot of positive things going on inside the company. Did you know we just raised $425k for united way through employee contributions, we had several days of caring in the community, and for those who had tighter schedules, we made 900 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for local school children. Thank you for your post, and I would agree with your advice. I'm glad you felt that RealPage respected your work life balance. Our implementations team is growing to try to keep up with all the new business coming in. While I don't know all the particulars from your post, I do know that several people in this function have taken on more accountability and have been rewarded.
