Remote. The old team was great, helpful and friendly.

Cons

The new team barely speaks the language, unteachable, broke everything first then ask how to fix it. Change settings on testing. Do not want to learn anything at all. Lie about testing features then surprise when fails on production.

There’s too much politics and a lack of encouragement. When someone from the team tries to bring in new ideas or develop something innovative, there’s little to no support. The attitude seems to be that only superiors know anything, and if a suggestion comes from a junior, it’s often dismissed or not taken seriously.
