      Good work life balance and culture

      Cons

      There’s too much politics and a lack of encouragement. When someone from the team tries to bring in new ideas or develop something innovative, there’s little to no support. The attitude seems to be that only superiors know anything, and if a suggestion comes from a junior, it’s often dismissed or not taken seriously.

      Comprehensive software solution for managing large residential properties. Constant changes offer new employment opportunities.

      Cons

      The investment management division experiences a high turnover of executive leadership. As a result, the division operates in isolation, overlooking valuable opportunities that are available from other more seasoned business units. This situation exemplifies a troubling trend of overpromising on deliverables to clients while simultaneously falling short in the development of comprehensive software solutions, leading to unmet expectations and frustrated clients and employees. This division consistently fails to provide adequate support and resources for its employees, leaving them feeling undervalued and overwhelmed. The lack of guidance, knowledge transfer, insufficient training, and the absence of recognition for their efforts create an environment where staff members struggle to thrive. As a result, many employees experience low morale and decreased motivation.

      The company supports diversity. There is unlimited PTO and remote employees are treated like professional adults. No clocking in and out or tracking software. You are judged by your work quality.

      Cons

      It's busy. You have to be able to work more when there's more work to do. It can be stressful.
