Pros
Realpage is well known in the industry, and there are some products that could be great if the company took the time to ensure they work properly.
Cons
Realpage is a tangled web of bureaucracy. Nobody wants to own or take accountability for anything, there is constant restructuring and the never ending feeling that you could be laid off at any point. It's clear that the strategy for this company is short term - there does not seem to be a strategy to make Realpage a healthy, sustainable company for the long term. The structure of the sales org is extremely convoluted, with too many products overlapping between departments.
