      Not to pay much or cultivate talent.

      Pros

      The environment was great. I loved the people that I worked with.

      Cons

      The salary was a big negative. There is also a lot of instability presently that is causing a lot of jobs to go away as well as move to other countries.

      Thank you for your post. I'm glad you like your teammates and the environment that we have created in South Carolina. I don't understand the instability comment as it relates to locations of jobs. We plan to be in South Carolina a long time and have invested in the new location which is much nicer (environment) than the old building. We also are not downsizing in in Greenville and have no plans to do so.       Suitable Place to Work

      Pros

      A suitable place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with RealPage. It values its employees ensuring a work life balance with flexibility. There are lot of positive changes witnessed over the months. The new Management is totally believes in recognizing and rewarding the employees accordingly. The recent event (Family Day) conducted by RealPage was something different from the past events, conducted. I am the top performer of my team since last 4 years, and this year, it was something different.. the award was presented in front of all the employees including there families. When my name was announced for the award in front of almost 2 thousand members with picture on the screen, I felt like I have been called for an Oscar. Myself and my family felt very proud. The moment was something different which I can't express. The Management's, new idea's to encourage and appreciate the employees is the best, I can say. I can see a bright future of all the employees, who are associated with RealPage. The Amenities and benefits provided by RealPage are great!

      Nothing. I can think of with this Management.

      Great Opportunites

      Pros

      Great people / corporate culture. Cutting edge technology if you are in the right group. A great technical career path with a very high ceiling. The new building in Richardson with the Gym and Cafe is pretty nice. A lot of upper management has deep technical experience, helps with no-nonsense decisions. Stock options and bonus plan. Health insurance seems great compared to friends I have talked to.

      Cons

      Experience can vary depending on what department you are in. (like anywhere really). There are some groups that are stuck handling some Legacy systems that are outdated, as RP moves towards the next level of these most are turning into opportunities to work with new tech as the Legacy systems are replaced, but It can be a slow process replacing large pieces of successful software. Change is constant, If you don't adapt well to change, you probably will not like it here.

      Thank you for your post. Your summary and advice are spot on. Glad you like the people and the culture. We are getting a lot of positive feedback on the new building as it rounds into shape. I find the food to be very good and the choices are constantly evolving. We have started spin classes, yoga, and you can have a personal trainer if you like.
